Payments on bid9ja directly affect public leaderboard position, visibility, and recorded activity.

Final payments
All verified listing and bid payments are final once the payment provider confirms the transaction and bid9ja applies the payment to the leaderboard. bid9ja does not provide refunds or credits.
Duplicate or failed payments
If a duplicate, failed, or incorrectly applied transaction occurs, bid9ja can review the payment reference and correct its records or application to the leaderboard. This review does not create an entitlement to a refund or credit.
Removed listings
Payments tied to listings removed for fraud, abuse, misleading information, unsafe links, or rule violations remain final and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
